A distance session will take place on zoom. To prepare for our session you will find a quiet and comfortable place where you can lay down peacefully. You can light candles, incense or play relaxation music to enhance your environment. We will discuss an intention that you have for the session. It could be relaxation, getting more grounded, to heal something physically or emotionally. After the intention is set will then get into the healing portion.
